How long does my order take?
Every piece is printed to order, tested and engraved by hand. Most orders ship in 5–9 business days; express shipping is available at checkout.
What does the number on my piece mean?
We print each design in batches of 100. Your piece is engraved with its batch number and comes with a matching card.
What can I have engraved?
Up to 16 characters — initials, a name or a company — at no extra cost.
How does a custom part (V-07 Link) work?
Order V-07 Link and tell us at checkout what it should connect. We confirm the details with you by email, design it to fit and print it. More complex projects start from our custom request form.
What if something breaks?
Every hinge, magnet and pin is replaceable. Write to us and we'll send the part — or repair the piece.
Can I return an item?
Unengraved pieces can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. Engraved and custom pieces are made for you and can't be returned for a change of mind.
